Ágúst Einarsson, Chairman of the board *
Mr. Einarsson is the Managing Director of TM Software, the mother company of SimDex. Previously he was the Management Director of TM Software – Infrastructure Management (now Skyggnir). He spent four years working as Area Manager for Navision Software, two years as Director for SAP and IBM in Iceland and five years as CEO for TrackWell Software. He holds a M.Sc. Degree in Industrial Engineering from Aalborg University, 1990, with a major in strategic planning and information technology, and a B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, 1988.

Patrick Thomas, Managing Director *
Mr. Thomas has over 15 years’ experience in software development. He has conceived, developed and deployed a wide variety of software applications including electronic billing and payment systems, cellular switch interfaces and colour management systems for start up companies as well as large companies such as Du Pont, Bayer and Verizon. Mr. Thomas holds a master’s degree in Linguistics and bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Classics.

Agnar Jón Ágústsson, Sales *
Mr. Ágústsson has over 10 years’ experience in the investment banking sector and has worked in the IT industry over 7 years. He is the founder of the SimDex business concept. Mr. Ágústsson holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance and a master’s degree in Economics.

Viktor J. Vigfússon, Operations *
Mr. Vigfússon brings 10 year management experience from both the service and production industry. He has been involved with SimDex since 2003 as Manager of IBM Software at Nýherji, directed Netskil – an Internet start up company, and worked as manager at Icelandair Technical Services. He holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
