EFT POS Channel
With its Prepay client software SimDex supports distribution through
EFT POS terminals in retail outlets. Sales from the terminal can either be on-line where the terminal software connects to the SimDex
Prepay server using a standard telephone line, GPRS or Internet, or off-line where the terminal downloads prepay products in batches to
sell without the need to be connected to the server.
EPOS Channel
The EPOS distribution works in the same way as EFT POS distribution,
except that the prepay client software is integrated into the existing cash register system. The prepay products are selected from a
special menu on the cash register and an additional prepay voucher is printed along with the regular receipt.
EPOS and EFT POS functionality includes downloading of new product catalogues, the downloading/returning of local stock, on-line and
off-line sales and reconciliations with server.

Mobile Phone Channel
Mobile users can top up (refill) their mobile phones using the
handset. The user activate this service with the mobile operator by registering and preauthorizing payments for desired accounts. The
user can then top up his prepay account by sending a simple SMS message that contains the amount and a secret code.
SimDex Mobile phone top up includes the possibility for a user to refill friends and family accounts. The mobile phone can also act as a
retail channel by implementing account-to-account transfer (SimDex m-Transfer).
Internet/Kiosk
SimDex provides both standalone Prepay Commerce Web for selling
prepaid products, and Prepay Commerce WebModule that can be integrated with existing web or portal.
SimDex Prepay Kiosk Solution is also available for touchscreen kiosks. On the kiosk the user can select from a list of electronic products
and content from one or more providers, including tickets, prepaid mobile airtime, ring tones and games.
The Internet and kiosk solution can easily be branded and customized for the prepay retailer or mobile operators.

Bank/ATM
Bank systems, such as ATMs or IVRs, can be integrated to sell prepaid
products from the SimDex PrePay server. The prepay products are selected and paid for from the ATM menu. This functionality includes
delivering products, downloading of new product catalogues, and reconciliations with the server.
