SimDex e-Payment facilitates the payment of orders and bills for
post paid services. The issuer of the bill generates payment information and sends that information to the SimDex Prepay system. It then
creates a Payment Voucher and notifies the user that a bill is due. The user pays and the SimDex Prepay system informs the vendor
that the bill has been paid.
