SimDex supports electronic top up (e-TopUp) of airtime by
integrating with the mobile operator’s top up system. This method is particularly useful when customers buy on the Internet, through kiosks,
ATMs or through the mobile phone. For e-TopUp, the user provides his/her phone number (or secret code) and after a successful verification
of payment authorization, receives a confirmation (e.g. SMS) that his/her prepaid account has been topped up. In addition, e-TopUp system
can also be used with the POS and EPOS channels.
