LunaSolutions Lebanon has entered into an agreement with a major distributor of prepaid scratch cards in Lebanon, distributing MTOUCH mobile prepaid scratch cards. The Lebanese distributors will use SimDex PrePay e-voucher system as a turnkey solution for its electronic PIN (e-PIN) distribution for prepaid mobile airtime in co-operation with LunaSolutions locally in Lebanon.
